Are you an authorised retailer of the designers on-site?

NABBD is an authorised retailer of all of the designers featured on our website. All of our bridesmaids dresses are 100% original and ordered direct from the actual designer.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Delivery depends on the which designer the dress is coming from.

The delivery time is specified in each of the dress descriptions.

Rush orders

Delivery for Rush orders is available for most desingers however the timescale and the fee can vary slightly for each bridesmaids designer. Also, please note that depending on the date the order is placed some rush orders can arrive close to the wear date.

Delivery is £15.00 per Nabbd box (which can contain 2 dresses) to any address within the UK. If you require delivery outside the UK please contact us and we can give you a quote for delivery and estimated delivery timescales.  

When should I order?

Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. This will allow plenty of time for production and shipping (if necessary). It also gives you time to allow for any alterations that may need to be made to your dresses

What is your return policy?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before an order is placed with the designer and the remaining balance must be paid in full before any dresses can leave the Nabbd Ltd. premises. Should the order be cancelled by the customer once the order is placed with Nabbd Ltd the deposit will not be refunded. Orders are non-refundable. If an item is faulty or defected in any way, an investigation shall take place in which the order will be rectified or a replacement order given. 

How do I decide what size to order?

Nabbd Ltd does not offer a made to measure/bespoke service. Any measurements taken of bridesmaids in the NABBD showroom or provided to NABBD by the customer are for the purposes of allowing NABBD to order the closest available size dress from our designers' size chart. NABBD advises that you should allow for additional budget to pay for third party alterations to any dress ordered

Faulty Items

When dresses arrive into Nabbd Ltd from the designer, the customer will be notified by phone or email. The customer will then have 14 days to collect the order. If dresses are collected after this 14 day period, Nabbd Ltd can take no responsibility for any issues with the order as this exceeds the timeframe in which Nabbd Ltd can report and rectify any discrepancies with the order with the designer

In the rare instance that there is a quality/sizing issue with any of the order as a result of production error, the defected dress/dresses are returned to the designer for a full investigation. Should the designer confirm that the issue is due to a production error, the faulty item will either be fixed or replaced. Faulty orders are strictly non-refundable unless it is deemed by the designer unreplaceable/unfixable after a full investigation has taken place.
